    They will take your money and hold it hostage. Show $0 for fees but exchange rate will be so low if you sell and higher if you buy. Total rip off. Stay away!!!!

    I have transferred to a separate wallet through multiple apps, with crypto.com being the latest. The transfer times always seem to be anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. Which I have never experienced anywhere else. When the bitcoin finally gets to my other wallet I’ve lost approximately 40% of what I transferred. There is something very shady about their fees as I’ve never had that much taken from me when transferring to my main wallet.

    My trade went to a USS instead of a straight trade. I was buying Crypto.com on Crypto.com and lost 66 cro. $8.58 was the huge amount and instead of helping me or reimbursing me after being with them for over 2 years never making any complaint or asking for something back that I didn’t hit. I was told no. Even Coinbase as expensive returned $60 on some wallet subscription that I accidentally hit. You have to wonder in the end you get what you pay for. Not that there aren’t charges on crypto.com or hold deposits for a week when you have never not paid in full every deposit to them and the money is already gone from your account so you know it’s not floating in limbo they have it. Yet you have to wait to withdraw money that my bank says the deposit is completed and have in their account. Still have to wait 7 business days to attempt to receive any money of yours even if you have $1000 in for months and deposit $20. You can’t get a cent till the $20 deposit goes 7 days. Otherwise I am used to crypto.com and stay while I am now using other platforms till comfortable with them. Basically over $8 and no showing anything for being a loyal customer for a long time. I’ve brought my business down to 10% of what I am currently investing from 100%. Respect goes a long way with me. I was a true crypto.com 5 star now a 4 star just to be fair. I wanted to put 1 star for their being petty, except then that would be petty of me. It’s not terrible at all just you don’t build any mutual respect in my opinion as I have already with other platforms in a fraction of the time.
