    it’s a good app for shows however i don’t understand why i have to pay $30 a month and still have to watch ads. seems overkill to me.

    Complaints it’s live TV and live TV has commercials/ads. This service is great because it’s live TV only cheaper. Unfortunately it’s out of budget right now but I will sign up later on.

    There is a bug where the code is constantly not working and saying there is an error. I can’t log in and I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps. Please fix. I paid $28 and I can’t even use the features. That’s upsetting!

    I was contacted by Philo to help me work out my issues and I feel that is a really great! I have not had another app ever do anything like this before and I am very impressed by this. I have even learned a few things about my Firestick that I didn’t know.

  • App crashes

    The only thing I have problems with his each time I open the app and I’m scrolling through the different shows and episode the app goes completely back right to my home screen. It just takes me right out of the app and it’s not my phone. It’s the app at Southlake keeps crashing. Please fix ASAP. I wouldn’t mind this subscription, but why do that if your apps gonna constantly Crash I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro Max and every time I open the app sometimes as I’m going through the list of shows and movies it just goes right out of the app and right back to my home screen I don’t know how to report any crash app bugs but this app is very buggy when it comes to Crash and cousins I just download it and it’s Crash and awful lot. Please fix. and when it gets fixed if anything, and it works great, I’ll go ahead and re-change my star rating. I’ll take it clear up to Five. right now I’m submitting this review with the two star rating because like I said every time I launch the app it’s Crash and I even restarted my phone. Turn my phone back on then re-open the app again and it’s doing the same thing every time I open it, it’s crashing a lot and I got a subscription. besides that this would be a real real great app. Thank you keep up the good work. and one more question if you can, if you can get a hold of the Accessibility team of some kind to help make the app more voiceover friendly like I said because I’m using the screen reader and if it’s possible to have it more accessible, that would really be great. Thank you. i’m also looking into signing up for a monthly subscription. I’ll try the free seven day trial first and then just go from here

    Recording has become a problem as of late, where it says I have new episodes to watch but can’t find it but the “new” symbol won’t go away to it just flat out not recording my shows or not showing the guide properly. The app needs an update if it wasn’t me sharing it with my mom I’d cancel it

    Luckily we only did the free trial, but they want $28/month for a subscription and theres an ad every 5-10 minutes for over a minute. Definitely wont be subscribing, but ridiculous for the people that do.

    Normal subscriptions for streaming services at most are usually 20 bucks tops. Why after signing up for the free trial I was showed that it was only a 7 day free trial then 32 dollars a month! What a rip off for new customers with semi mediocre content.
