    Subtitles cannot be turned off. The only issue with this app’s usability. The user interface could be a bit more clean and modernized.

    App is so broken. On the iPhone it continues to flip between side view and up and down then starts off playing the last episode. This is my free trial and I’ll be canceling it before I actually pay money. So here’s to trying to binge watch everything on here that looks good before I get so fed up with the broken app. I cancel it before my free trial ends

    The app won’t load anything and if it does it zooms into the corner of the video and won’t let me see the whole thing very disappointing considering I pay money for this.

    HIDIVE is the worst anime streaming service I have ever come across. The watchlist location is a questionable design choice (in the settings). Additionally my app has forgotten and logged out of my account, I had saved my password and login information through apple but the password didn’t work and when I tried resetting the password it would send me an email with a link that doesn’t work. Good thing I can also manage some subscriptions through apple, made canceling super easy.

    Tried this app since Crunchyroll didn’t have certain shows I wanted to watch so I gave it a try. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work at all

    It’s annoying I pay for this but it always crashes, says no content available so I can’t watch anything. Happens regardless of your wifi service. Just sucks.

    This is probably the worst app on my phone. It crashes constantly, is poorly managed, very roundabout, and just not convenient in any shape or form. The only reason to download this app is to watch the exclusives you want and then delete the app until the next time you HAVE to use it. Complete garbage.

    I payed for yalls subscription and the app does not work! it doesn’t load the content that you’re paying for. the shows keep crashing literally logs you out and when you log in it says you’re not a member even though I payed like what in the world yall have to improve the app pleaseeee it has way to many bugs to be a final product that we are paying for
