    Unfortunate as I was relatively excited to give this a go! I love the sleep tracker app “PILLOW” however I often forget to manually press the button prior to sleeping and have often missed out on any tracking being done. This app however.. states VERY boldly in its description that it is not only automatic completely simply just sleep with the watch on and it’ll formulate data, but also claims to be better then many competitors largely due to that system setting. Upon installation I’d been prompted do download another app in order to even use this one at all period, this app was “HOME KIT” I do not use this app regularly and otherwise was useless to me as I do not own any smart devices such Alexa or anything similar for that matter.. even though I’d downloaded it the app kept looking for something it couldn’t find in order to function and then simply offered me a manual button.. I’m not impressed.. make this work without home kit and I’ll change my rating. Thanks again!
  • Essential tool for understanding my sleep

    My friend recommended this app a year ago and it has totally revolutionized my sleep tracking. The Apple Watch defaults don’t match me well, and this app really helped me understand my body’s relationship with sleep in a new way. I am dealing with chronic heart problems that lead to low energy and a strong reliance on good sleep. So grateful for this app in my life.

    So many apps make you set a bedtime, I rarely know my bedtime due to irregular work schedule. This is the best app I’ve found for graveyard workers like me. I’m so thankful for it, being able to track my sleep has literally changed my life. There is one negative I will say about it which is that it seems to stop recording sleep at 9pm sometimes. I’m still giving 5 stars for being one of the few sleep apps that does not require a subscription. And zero private data collection? Super rare for a sleep app. Get this one.

    I think sleep is very important for my health so being able to keep track of my sleeping habits and sleep quality has helped me to make better decisions in regard of how much I actually need to sleep and even the food I eat before I go to bed . I really like this app and it’s very helpful to me

    This app shows me more clearly than anything that I should avoid alcohol! Whenever I have a drink, my deep sleep suffers so obviously. This app has influenced my behavior in positive ways.

    Tracking my sleep with my Apple ultra, but it doesn’t seem to be as close to what I was doing with Fitbit. I added this addition to get a different perspective on core sleep deep sleep, and rem. It gives me more information than I understand taking information from my Apple Watch but it’s metrics don’t match what Apple is telling me on my three core sleep metrics. I’m still working my way through it but together I think I get a good representation of what my sleep is like.

    I have enjoyed this app… I like seeing how much I sleep. If you don’t think it’s correct there’s an adjustments part you can go to. Also mine was acting up a little but was fine again when I reset my watch.

    I *thought* I was sleeping 7 or 8 hours a night before using this app, but I was wrong. It helped me understand what was affecting my sleep — late night snacks, doom-scrolling, wine. It’s taken me from 5+ hours of restless sleep to 7+ of wake-less, solid sleep.
