  • Heroic Chest Bug

    Love the game, but the Heroic chest is bugged. When you open up chests, once you open 25 you get a guaranteed hero. If you open chest one at a time, the counter ticks up to 25. I just bought a lot of chests (40 or so) using the “10x” chest opening, and the counter didn’t go up at all, no free heros. Your AI chat didn’t help and there doesn’t seem to be a way to report this issue. Please fix and I’ll change my review.

    Update: if you need support you don't need to follow the online support ticket Word for word. That's why it took me so long to ask for their help. Support should have better options to choose from when report I g app play issues. During intro quests galahad has a equip gear quest. But I equipped the gear before the guided quest so when the guided quest time came and I followed the guide to equip his gear and the game gets stuck in the how to get page. I have tried restarting the game and reinstalling it and it won’t fix it’s self. I have another character on another server and I can’t go back to it because when I reopen the game it goes straight to guided quest and then gets bugged. I don’t have access to report it on the game either :(

    I just started playing and I am stuck in the first five mins of the game. I killed everything and my only options are to fix the bridge of fight a tower with mob that are lvl 200 while I’m at 179 so that is not possible. There is also no way to fix the bridge so what am I supposed to do now?

    I got to enjoy it for 1 day and then an update happened. Now it forces me to click on “events” and freezes so now I can’t play it anymore. Before it glitched and froze but I could restart it and usually play some before it glitched and froze again. Would happily change my review if I’m ever able to actually play the game again. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my iPhone and no luck yet. Would love any suggestions that might work to get it up and running again.

    The game is constantly changing in a bad way. The free rewards are constantly being changed so that your the player will spend more money. There are better games on the App Store that play similar to this game that are not as greedy

    The game started out great but now every so often it crashes. The longer I play the more frequent it crashes. It’s starting to really upset me. I really do love this game. Help?

  • Can’t get past the first level walk through.

    So when you can’t get past the first level walk through because there’s a glitch, that’s pretty bad. I followed the instructions and where to go and who to fight to have enough points, but then come to a broken bridge. To build the bridge I then have to defeat a tower of orcs after powering up and equipping my stuff, except I’m still only at 177, and the first orc in the tower is 200 so there’s literally no way possible for me to defeat him. Looked this up and found several others with the same problem (but it’s a recent problem). I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it remembers where I am and how many points I have each time, so that didn’t help. The lady bridge troll offers to help, “but it will cost you”, except there’s still no way to get help, it only directs you to the orc tower where I die instantly. There’s also no way for me to level up because this is still the first level where it’s kind of a walk through. This glitch needs to be addressed so new players can actually start playing. Thank you.

    First game with only optional ads. The game holds my attention but takes some doing to earn all the coins and stuff.
