This app is extremely helpful for cognitive reframing. It may seem simplistic at first, but the repetition really works. They are also constantly adding new content. Highly recommended. Devs - please consider making a reset button for entire modules so they can more easily be repeated. Currently, the app reverts to the beginning of any module you have already finished once. There is a reset button but it doesn’t hold once you exit the app.
  • Youre not helping

14 messages in the same day is not helping. I am literally dealing with confronting a murderer and the number of messages that I get from this app is frustrating. I know that it has actual potential to help and yet I am harassed by it with no ability to moderate the utility.
  • Great App But Lots of Typos

I’ve been using this app for a little over a week so far, and I do feel it’s made a difference in my self talk. The one thing that drives me crazy is how many typos I’ve seen. Today’s lesson alone had some like “I” instead of “I’m” and “I’m going to have a heat attack” instead of “I’m going to have a heart attack.” The lack of proofreading before publishing the thought bubbles used in exercises comes off as unprofessional.
  • Issue with billing

I somehow was charged for a free trail and requested a refund. Hopefully it will work out, the app developer seems helpful so I’ll trust it will be resolved. Because of their immediate response I’ll give 4 stars and not use the app
  • Poorly written prompts , rife with errors.

I have cancelled my free trial. There is no way I will pay over $60 for a year of an app telling me to just think better thoughts over bad ones. Almost every page is rife with spelling and grammar errors. If you want to charge people this much, have the decency to at least clean up your writing. Outrageously silly , I mean really …
  • Life changing

I’ve never felt strongly enough about an app to write a review until now, but I will for this one. I’m SO grateful for this app! I go to therapy once every two weeks. My therapist teaches me a CBT skill or two and then I’m left to practice on my own, which may or may not happen. This app is like a daily personal trainer for your mind, and I’ve noticed changes in my thinking even in the first trial week. I’m feeling stronger, more confident and more at peace. Considering the benefits, it’s well worth the money for a premium membership.

  • Won’t load

This app used to be really helpful for me! But once they added that ad that pops up when you open the app, it hasn’t loaded. It will just sit on the wave screen for minutes and not do anything else.

I discovered this app about 2 years ago when I realized that I had OCD. It has been absolutely instrumental and crucuial in my mental health journey. If I stop doing this app for a few days I absolutely notice the difference in my thinking and the behaviors. I am so grateful for it!
  • Great, although pricing is unnecessarily tricky

I was a bit skeptical of the app, but it immediately started uplifting me the moment I opened it. It has very digestible chunks of info and inspiration and it involves you on a very intuitive and reinforcing level. The only negative is actually in the pricing that it’s offered. It makes it sound like you must buy the one year subscription if you do it at all. That’s not so, but you have to dig and this seems a little bit deceptive to me.
