Decent app, provided you can tolerate constant distractions as they force you to subscribe… Random game pop-ups, Screens that are timed to trick you into a different game screen. All to annoy you enough to subscribe. Frustrating. There are better, no pressure options.
  • Bad Ads

If I download an app to try it out and it has in app purchases I do expect to see some ads. However not the type that take over my screen with camouflaged installation buttons for not just the app I downloaded but for some garbage game or gambling app with no way to close the ad except to turn my phone off. So while this sleep watch app might be great I'm not risking the security of my to try it out.

You have a pop up ad that says “Your iPhone is infected with trojan virus!”. An ad that says your phone is infected!! Don’t accept every ad for your app. You lose credibility?

This app was great for tracking my sleep but after the last IOS update it fails to sync my sleep data. I’m disappointed it no longer works.
  • Unfair to charge for the app services

The app was a free download and working fine with the little it had. Now there is a subscription which is not fair or you are subjected to ads. Best case is payment of $1.99 to remove the ads for persons who can’t pay for the full thing.
  • Not what it used to be

I had an annual subscription which I will not renew. The readings through my new Apple Watch Ultra 3 are so inaccurate that it makes no sense anymore to pay for it. E.g. I go to bed at the same time every night, 12 or 12:15, set the watch to sleep mode but the next morning I see that I did not sleep until 2 or 3? Sometimes I get up at around 4 to go to the bathroom which takes about 5 minutes, the app tells me I was awake for an hour. My alarm goes off at 6:30, and I am not awake before that, but the app states I am up at 6:20. I also take naps during the day, about 1-2 hours. The app used to show that, not anymore. And yes, the watch is sitting snug on my wrist every night like my previous Ultra 2.
  • Sometimes it works

I’ve had this app for about a year now. Sometimes it doesn’t pick up sleep data, sometimes it it’s just wacky. My biggest problem is it assumes all people fit into the same categories (age, body etc) and give warnings for lack of sleep if you don’t hit 8hrs every day. Not everyone needs 8hrs. Also, why not just have a button for activation when you go to sleep? Sleep time input doesn’t work well. I’ll be looking for a better app

It’s a great app overall I love that it has a non-premium option because I did not want to pay for it ads are a bit much but I understand why.
  • Frustrating ads

Used this for years and put up with annoyances of ads both in the data and popping up full screen. Now they are resorting to put in a pop up that makes you think that something is wrong with the phone. I have had it. It is no longer on my phone.
  • Exporting data

Overall working good but sometimes it doesn’t update my sleep in the health app randomly. Would be nice to have some kind of export to the health app.
