  • Doesn't stop tax relief calls

    I tried this app specifically to block the 6-8 per day tax relief scam calls I get. I had used nomorobo years ago on my landline and it worked great, so I was expecting the same now. But even though I confirmed it was working properly using the built-in test, it made no difference in the number of these wretched tax relief calls

  • Inoperable app

    App hasn’t worked in months,, buttons on the app once opened are inoperable. I’ve uninstalled to reinstall including hard resets in between as others have suggested. It’s wrong to be charged for something annually that doesn’t work year round. I won’t be renewing my membership since the app does not work.

    After the last update, buttons became inoperable, could not report numbers and the app would often "spin" and crash. Even before that, calls listed as spam were getting through. I was hoping today's update. Would solve the issues but it didn't. Yes I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have now canceled and will not be renewing since this company is doing nothing to solve an issue which others are also reporting.

    I’ve used Nomorobo for years. It abruptly quit on me. I reinstalled, etc, but it won’t confirm my phone number. Customer support suggestions haven’t helped. It might be working? If I’m buying an app, I expect the whole app to work without having to guess.

  • Buyer Beware - This app does NOT work!

    Total waste of money. This app does NOT block spam calls, it does NOT flag them as “Robocaller”, it does NOT block spam texts. This is not a configuration issue, it’s just a worthless app falsely advertised. The only thing that seems to work is the auto renewal.

    The screen freezes at the home screen when it has finished updating. None of the buttons work…then it boots me out. Please fix or refund the fee!

    I got slightly less calls than usual while on the trial, once the trial ended I got ANOTHER ROBO CALL! This system doesn't block unknown numbers, it doesn't block texts even when you give it permission to. I wish I never paid for the service that literally doesn't work. I have to manually enter a number to block only for them to keep calling from different numbers. Then you go to cancel the service and it goes "you'll have more protection with this other app MAX" but its another fee that's even more expensive... this shouldn't be allowed, very scummy in my opinion.

  • Deleted and Cancelled Subscription - Frivolous Notifications

    Worked well for a time, but they implemented frivolous notifications with no app level setting to stop them. Unacceptable for a paid subscription. I do not appreciate nagware. I have cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. And through that process, I also discovered that iOS 26 functionality is works good enough.
