  • Support very bad

So the app kept prompting me to subscribe even though I was paying monthly thru apple. Finally the app stopped working all together even though my subscription was still valid. I contacted Zwift support and waited for 30 minutes on the chat for someone to respond. No one ever did. My recommendation is to find another app

I love Zwift but why very bummed they got rid of time of ghost riders under “Zwifters Nearby”. Can we get that back?
  • Worst customer support

It work great for a while then none of my rides would save. It’s going on 2 weeks and the customer support has not been able to fix it. No luck talking to a real person unless it’s through emails. I’m about ready to give up on them.
  • Better Rider

This really is the secret to better cycling ability. It is better than having a personal trainer. You could never do these types of structured and productive workouts on the street. Certainly this is no replacement for outdoor riding, but one of the best things I ever heard a professional rider say was quantity outside and quality inside. I am a beginner to intermediate rider, one full Iron Man and one Olympic triathlon. But I feel like I’ve gotten much stronger using Zwift.
  • Love it

I bought a brand new canyon aeroad and tons of mods. I couldn’t get off the bike. I also have a Quintana Roo on rollers for cold or rain days. I used to dread indoor riding. To help this I ended up getting zwift and the zwift ride. It took 2 weeks to really get into it. Even still, out of saddle I still struggle a bit on the ride machine. Since getting used to zwift, I have only take my bike out twice in a month vs 20+ days in a month. I don’t want to go outdoors anymore. So much work and time to prepare. At home I jump on, off, see my kids who love to watch my races. It’s a major game changer. I also went from a 245ftp to 279 in a month. The last road ride I did equaled 20+ ftp too. I had so much power and with zwift, mainly because you don’t coast like you do on roads. Zero crashes or bad experiences at all. Well outside being ranked at a certain ftp and seeing guys steadily double it in races.
  • Apple Watch Integration Remains a Major Frustration

Apple Watch should be integrated better into Zwift at this point. It is very hit or miss. Lately I have spent 10 minutes or more each workout trying to get it to connect. I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2. If this remains an issue, I will 100% start trying other services. I have been loyal to Zwift for the last year or so but definitely starting to second guess this loyalty. This issue seems to only be getting worse

Months later, several up dates to the main app and the hub trainer, it’s working. The terrain is good the old. Video game look is fine I want the ride to feel good. Especially for the cost. The climbing portal is nice. The capacity to make up your own workouts is great. So thanks for getting better👍

Zwift is great to allow me to make progress at a measured pace.
  • Either the bike design or the app is flawed- no portrait mode?

    By Fredh99
How is it possible that the Zwift app cannot operate in portrait mode on an iPhone? The phone rest on the bike is designed to hold it that way yet still it doesn’t seem like an issue raised years ago is fixed. Either the bike design or the app is flawed

I can’t ride. It just shows me a still picture.
