    Every time I try to fast forward to the eighth grade game it says please standby and it makes me get out and then when I get out and try and get back in it gives me an ad every single time that is 30 seconds that’s unskipable

    I’ve paid for a one month subscription multiple times, years apart and both times the event I paid to see worked horribly Game would freeze then jump forward then I would have to restart the app and have to watch an ad everytime. Even after the game was over and I tried to rewatch it the video it did the same thing in the same spots. Lost my money again and they won’t reimburse me

    DO NOT LET YOUR SCHOOL GET SUCKED INTO USING NFHS!!!!!! I have technical difficulties in over half of the games I watch. When I make a request for support, it’s never in time to help the game and frankly they don’t care if they solve the problem cause they got your money.

    I only care about following three maybe four schools but I can’t see their cause the highlights are from far away teams in far away states. Why is there not a default screen for the schools and sports I designate as “follow”?

    For the second time in a month, a game we wanted to watch via the app on tv/phone showed a message that there was a technical difficulties with the camera equipment. However, the website streamed just fine. Don’t appreciate the incorrect assignment of blame for the issue.

    Whatever you did to this app since 12 months ago when I was last subscribed… I will just keep it brief… IT SUCKS! A clunky freakin’ MESS of an app. WHY do people BREAK THINGS that are already fine the way they were? BELOW AVERAGE!

    I pay for this app every month. Yet, it constantly lags, so viewers end up missing much game time for their children’s events. Half the time it doesn’t even work. Every time I try to touch a button on the screen, it blacks out and makes you start all over again. Can’t load my schools games in the event bar. Just such a shame that it’s as expensive as it is for almost zero product return worst app I’ve ever had.
