    I could probably write two pages on what basics need to be improved on this app and service after using for just two days. No way I would recommend anyone using this on an annual subscription. Plan to miss at least a quarter of the event you will watch. Also be ready for the super loud commercials.

    The audio is the worst I have ever not heard, because it continually cut out. Score, quarter, and time never updated. I really hoped for a better experience than the complete trash this was a huge waste of money to subscribe.

    I’m not sure as to why the game NFHS claimed to be streaming, never streamed 🤔but I’m highly disappointed….Purchased a subscription and asked for a refund all in the same day.

    This app/service is frustrating on multiple devices and operating systems, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple TV alike. It is incredibly clunky to navigate, streams crash or glitch regularly, and worst of all, this PAID SERVICE nails you with a pointless ad before every single thing you try to stream. Nothing like trying to catch the beginning of your school's game, but being 30sec late because of a stupid, unskippable ad. I get that live events at the high school level won't have great production value, and internet services outside in crowded places can be spotty, etc. It obviously isn't easy to make these things all work and be broadcasted perfectly. But you shouldn't offer a game in the first place if a school or your server can't make it stay online and work properly, especially when the streaming quality looks like things are in about 480i at best...

    Paid to watch niece play in state championship game. Stream lasted 5 minutes then dropped. Multiple devices would not load it. Support tells ,e to reboot router and reinstall app, at which point, the game is mysteriously gone from the app. They WERE quick to give the refund though, but had to argue with a tree.

    This is the most frustrating streaming service! I have no idea how they manage to mess up so often. It works maybe 10% of the time. Thankfully, our school is switching services next year.
