    I have deleted the app. . Kept crashing. Spent hours with the company to fix and nothing worked They will not refund my money. Very frustrating and time consuming.

    I don’t like how it logins every time you open the app. It’s supposed to be always logged in since the last time you entered.

    I have been trying to cancel for months. Website literally does not even have a spot to review account and cancel membership. Have the same problem with the app. If it’s there it’s hidden somewhere, like they are trying to scam you into never canceling. I already emailed them thought I fixed this and then get charged again. Pathetic service. They should get sued into oblivion. I demand a refund for the last few months i have been trying to cancel. ADDITIONAL EDIT * I tried to email their support now too, but They don’t even have a place to contact support to complain. Literally pathetic. Should be illegal. Just sent to emails complaining about getting scammed and the automated response is that they don’t have anyone monitoring their email. Pathetic. Awful scam of an app. IF YOU ARE READING THIS NEVER BUY OR PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP

    two major issues. tv app: 1. the skip forward / back UI is horrendous. you have make several clicks just to skip over change overs. it should be a one or two clicks max. and there should be a “go to beginning button” like all interfaces have. right now i have to repeaaaatedly click on the back 5 mins button. 2. i generally watch the highlights. after watching one highlight, i expect the UI to go to the list of highlights again so i can watch the next one. except it goes to the very top of the app and i have to search again for highlights and right arrow to the last one to find the next one to watch. that’s a terrible experience. and the UI is riddled with random user profiles and other irrelevant stuff that should be relegated to the very bottom. speaking of which, the best feature is the extended highlights and that is put at the bottom 🤦🤦🤦 3. there is no way to click the FF button reliably multiple times 4. why why why isn’t there an option to watch from beginning when there’s a live event?! ios app: the ios is MUCH better. kudos to the team. if they are the same team, they should implement some of the features in the tv app too🤷‍♂️! the biggest issue with the ios app is the bug where hitting skip FF or back during a live event suddenly skips to the very begging or worse the very end (live) revealing the score or the winner !!!! 🤦🤷‍♂️🤦this completely defeats the don’t show scores feature. pls pls fix the bugs listed above. you’ve done 90% of the work, just tweak the UI a bit for a far better experience. thank you!

    Lots of issues with logging on on one tablet but not the other. Response from customer service clearly shows that my query was not read. The boiler plate verbiage is singularly unhelpful.

  • Fix the validation glitch on the Apple TV!!!!!

    I love the app’s content. However, on our Apple TV, it requires validation of the device every time we log in, which involves going to a 50 character URL with a code…. This takes about 10 minutes, each time. You have our money. Please provide the service without endless, meaningless ‘security’ checks?! It’s the same house, the same device, the same router… [July 2023 update]. The Apple TV app still requires a login using an 8 letter code on a website on another device roughly every 2 days. As before, same house, same Apple TV, same router. No other logins from elsewhere. We use many apps - this is the only one that does this. It’s needless irritation. [Jan 25 update]. Problem still happening…. This is the only Apple TV app I’ve ever used that constantly requires logins from a separate device. That’s very special! [Nov 25 Update] App continues its unique habit of requiring login from separate device around 2 times per 3 days. As before, same account, Apple TV, devices. Pointless irritation, reported here 2.5 years ago…

  • Stop asking about notifications

    Can you please stop asking if I want notifications each time I open the app? Besides being annoying and totally self-serving on your part, the app gets stuck when the message is unsuccessfully trying to pop up

    I love tennis but this app it’s incredible. Full of bugs, you can’t pause, enter another app for a sec and come back that the video stops playing. Time to load takes ages sometimes even with WiFi and wireless connection works 1 out of 5. Need to evolve the user experience. Content is gra
