    I love that you can watch all these shows, but the ads are ridiculous! I got four ads in a 21min video. & when there's ads it's like 1 of 7 like no. That's to much I'll be okay with 1 of 1 ad not 1 or 7!!!

    This app is lagging more and more every day. Freezes, when you click out and try and go back in and it’s not in the same spot it was in before. I love this channels shows and hope I can soon watch without frustration.

Updated my review rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for great customer service. Issue fixed: This app is very frustrating. It freezes a lot. Ads are somehow not synchronized with what’s playing. The show freezes, ads counter displays, audio continues to play, sometimes it’s just the caption, while everything else is frozen. Very frequently, I had to close the app and resume the show. It doesn’t always fix it. I often cannot finish an episode. It happens on an app on fire tv, iPad, iPhone. Running out of ideas how to watch my shows. Please fix the issue. Looks like a lot of customers are experiencing the same issues.

    Apparently this app doesn’t like the provider ziply fiber because I can’t use it to connect. There is some sort of activation code that it uses and I don’t know how to update it for that provider.

    I was watching a show that the had on there since the early 2000’s then all of the sudden I realized I was on the wrong episode, and it was because the took off the season I was on. Now they expect me to pay/ watch it on two other streaming platforms. I didn’t even get a warning 😂

    I love the shows that TLC has but it’s very difficult to watch my favorite shows when the app constantly crashes or restarts without warning. At first I thought my internet was spotty but I’ve had the same issue in every home or device I use the app in. You’ve had how many years to improve streaming but it seems to get worse as time goes on. Very frustrating!

    Youre gonna be watching more adds then the show. Not to mention the adds repeate. So youre watching the same 3 adds over and over again. If you try to skip to where you left off more adds are gonna play. Super annoying

    When watching, especially apple play to the tv, the app will stop and say something went wrong. Then when you reopen it the episode will start over. The most frustrating part is that you have to watch 3 minutes of ads before you can move to the right part of the episode. If you get the time wrong and move an additional minute you have to watch 3 more minutes of ads before you can play the show. Ridiculous.
