    They have an enormous selection which is great, but the app has always fallen short in appearance and performance. The filters and categories could be presented better and it always seems clunky with no significant change/updates over the years.

    The app doesn’t work. I click on men’s golf shoes and nothing comes up. I thought it was a fluke but had the app for over a month and it doesn’t work. The conversion rates have to be horrible. Who ever owns this app and doesn’t see that there is very little conversion should be fired.

    Everything works great if you don’t want to see any of the products. Nothing shows up when you try to find anything. Not great for commerce.

    Still having an issue in the app where you would click on a link like “fall layering” and it just takes you to an empty page.

    I have an older iPhone and everything worked great… until 3.0.7 came out. Now the update screen pops up and I can’t clear it to get to the actual app. It says the older version will still work but once the update screen opens it won’t go away.

    App used to work great but the past couple months is absolutely unusable. Nothing loads. Can’t search for anything. Always update the app. Deleting it and just going to go through the browser

    I wanted to switch a delivery order to a pick up because it keeps getting delayed…… still not able to do it and still not shipped or set up for shipping. This app is bogus.
