I downloaded the app for my child school and do not upload. You just see the symbol can’t log in or anything.

Downloaded to iPhone. Open app and the blue icon spins. That’s it. No prompt to login.

No longer works.

I have deleted and downloaded multiple times, it won’t open.

I haven’t had to use this app in years, this year my child’s school is going back to it. It stopped working for me on my iPhone then, and it STILL doesn’t work?? It’s been years! What is the issue?

App not capable with my iPhone anymore for 2025-26 school year…why would you do this to parents!!!!!!!!!!!

Every now and then the teachers send messages in this app that aren’t an email. Why doesn’t this app have notifications options when messages are sent? I don’t want to check it everyday.

What the heck, guys?! Are the DOGE kids moonlighting as your design team? You HONESTLY looked at that eye-of-Sauron, parent-communication-is-espionage garbage icon and thought “yup, that adds value to our product. Parents will TOTALLY want that on their phone screen LOOKING at them all day-and-night, and they’ll DEFINITELY enjoy the not-so-subtle suggestion of electronic devices surveilling their children.” It’s AWFUL. Change it. Yesterday. You guys are striking out CONSISTENTLY this year… from the teacher and parent interfaces at least. Smh.

Unable to access this app for a week now. Unable to contact any support for assistance. I’ve updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted phone to no avail.

Not sure what happened, but the app is now so slow, it takes almost 30 seconds for grades to load on each class.
