  • Remote raids not working

    I’m really upset that I’ve wasted so many passes for Pokémon to not be caught. Even with excellent throws and silver and golden berries, pokemon are unable to be caught. Annoyed. This is an update because this is the 5th time I’ve had to reinstall. Don’t but remote raid passes. They’re a waste of money until the app is fixed.

  • Simple fun, but I would like more

    I do enjoy this game. I’m bewildered by how many shinies I have come across, with normal, mythical, and special event Pokémon. I would really like it if they had an Alolan stone, so we could give Pikachu and Cubone the option to evolve into either of their variant evolutions. I’m also hoping that the Paldean Tauros variants will be available soon, and not too hard to come by. I’m hoping for more regional evolution stones so we don’t have to wait for events to get specific evolutions. I really hate how gigantimax Pokémon are only available in raids. What’s the point in raising this dynamax Pokémon from first evolution, if it can’t even get the chance for its gigantimax form? Really discourages raising Pokémon and encourages just getting the final gigantimax form.

    Went on a walk at the park and redownloaded this app just to have nothing work. Caught one pokemon game stopped loading. Closed app and stayed up again just to not have it load the next 5 tries. For an app designed to steal your data it doesn’t work well to want you to keep it on your phone

    i’ve been playing this game for nearly a decade now. I’ve gone through the ups and downs of this, but it has reached a new low recently with their lack of communication and help regarding bugs and crashes. Recently, I encountered a shiny Galarian Zapdos, and was very excited because it was something that I wanted for a long time. When I tried to switch to AR mode, to see the shiny particles again, my whole game crashed and unfortunately, the game reloaded and I had lost my encounter. I was very upset at this so I tried to reach out to player support multiple times via both social media and their health ticket; and to my dismay, I was instantly met with a automated message back with little to no help regarding the situation that I was putting in. I’ve still not heard back from them, nor do I ever think I will, and I really believe that this needs to be fixed. I’ve been dealing with multiple bugs since the new update, trying to get any coins to do remote raids is almost impossible in the area I’m in, and all around the new spawns in my area have been very bad. I hope this serves as a message to any new players, do not get hooked before you’re paying hundreds to try to catch up.

    the appeal and incentive to play this game is practically guaranteed by pay service. the lackluster performance and customer service is non-existent. i was banned for just submitting pokestops. i have contributed so much to the system to improve the game & this is how i am rewarded. my guess is it's some sort of algorithm they are using & not an independent review process. which means people are going to get banned for stupid reasons. you can't have a ban system in place that's reliant on community input. It's asinine. but the players with multiple accounts & spoofing activities are praised: it is all over the game now.

    I like how you can walk and get exercise and catch Pokémon but each time you see a legendary Pokémon you instantly try to catch it but it just runs away and it’s soooooooooo annoying

    I can not log in it just to difficult, I tried many times, I did email, I did everything I could, it is too hard to log in fix your system.
