  • No human contact no matter what. The worst. Customer service.

They decided to lock you out completely from talking to a live person so it’s impossible to speak to a human no matter what buttons you press or what questions you ask. That makes them the worst in customer service.

They now charge for updated scores, which I looked past. What I can’t look past is how if I decide not to pay one month, and come back to renew my membership, how they apply that to the month I missed and turn around and try make me pay again?? Only a few days later?? So you all are moving like I owe for services that I haven’t even used, since they don’t let you in the app if you haven’t paid. I’m over it and canceled my membership and will be deleting this app.

Well, what can I say. Since I’ve signed up with Equifax couple years ago or less maybe even my credit score went from hot dumpster trash, two 733, with Trans Union 728 with Equifax and for some reason it’s still at 596 with experience but I still love him and they give good information. My one criticism is I don’t know that pushing credit cards on freshly credited folks is the bestmoral decision for a credit score focused organization. But still five stars.

This app helps me keep track of my credit! I really enjoy looking it monthly.
  • Good app but

The app keeps you up to date on your credit score, but the cards it recommends are cards you already have. Not very useful
  • Lazy

Pure laziness when it comes to disputes and they don’t actually look into anything. They call and believe whomever is on the line without any proof or documentation. No wonder why a lot of rental places use this app, they aren’t legal.

  • Restored credit

In 2009 i went from having lifelong excitement credit to no credit rating at all due to a medical crisis. I lost everything I worked for. Going from the highest rating to zero was devastating. I downloaded this app and i slowly pulled myself out of all bad debt. Now my only problem is trying to force myself to use my credit cards because my Fico score drops if i don’t. But Experian helped me restore my credit with hard work and budgeting to being on disability from being an occupational therapist making over six fingers.
