Absolutely do not be taken in by their initial claims when they are trying to extract membership money from you. After the fees has been paid, today it’s been 11 days and despite numerous efforts to contact them, despite numerous messages to the CEO, who is the one who initially extracts the fees from you, there has been no response. It’s a 4 month membership I have and 11 days have passed without a single introduction. I have asked for a refund as they promised 3-4 VIP matches per week, which Ofcourse was lies. Do not use this service. Try elsewhere!!!

VIP Shaadi is nothing but a scam. They reached out to me, aggressively pushing their membership, convincing me that it was the best option for my brother. After I paid, I was assigned a VIP consultant who spoke with me for three days and then completely disappeared—no responses on the app, no answers to calls. When I contacted the sales consultant, I was told to reach out to customer service, who did absolutely nothing. They gave me a new VIP consultant, promising that it wouldn’t happen again, but the same thing happened! The new consultant vanished just like the first one. This is clearly a pattern, as some of my friends have gone through the same frustrating experience. VIP Shaadi takes your money and then ghosts you. Do not fall for their lies and false promises. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

We have VIP service for last one and half month. We have to work on regular Shaadi app to find matches, then ask consultant to connect, still we don’t get reply or connected. In 11/2 month , we spoke to 1 contact. There is hardly any effort from consultant to find match even if you work with them. We got several calls before getting membership and were given many promises. But if they don’t work on the job, it’s not any better than regular shaadi.com app

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. When they want you to sign up, they make all these promises but you get nothing in return. I had 4-5 different consultants, which is ridiculous. Every few weeks, I would get a call your consultant has quite, so you now have a new one. They made no efforts to prioritize any matches for me and make connections.
