    This app is life changing. There are nuggets you can read and also listen to. I also love that I can add Different people as connections as long as I have their birth time, date, and location. The description of how I impact others and how they impact me is spot on. Definitely buy the annual subscription. One important thing to note is that if you gift this to someone using your Apple ID, you cannot then buy your own subscription with the same Apple ID.

    Loved the previous version, it felt super accurate and personal. The new version feels cluttered, hard to navigate, and impersonal or low detailed unless you pay for more.

    I used to love this app. It used to be extremely informative and helpful. Now it’s money/payment driven. It’s provided way less information than it used to and now requires a subscription to get access to anything helpful or informative. The app used to be something I recommended to many, now I don’t anymore and don’t even use it due to everything forcing a subscription. I used this app for many years and now my relationship with it will come to an end

    The first message you see when opening the app today for a super full moon was an ad to ‘dive deeper on what this means for you in’ using their AI chatbot that costs $15/month. Wonderful app that has become pointless, deleting after using for years :(

  • Hurts my feelings, but it tracks

    This app predicts long term life chapters which usually I’m often very resistant to because it resonates, but I don’t feel ready to act upon them. For when the readings name empowerment periods, it feels very validating.

    I’ve been fan of this app for several years (now a subscriber) and it is my favorite so far in terms of astrological education and information. I started studying astrology in 2016 and love the ability to research information and cross reference my chart with friends and celebrities. The platform is well-designed, the new integrated AI chat is ethically questionable but proven helpful to deepen my understanding of how planets and aspects influence each other. All in all—The Pattern is a great resource in my astrological tool belt. However I have reached a point in knowledge that compels me to want more: Keep making content and information of course, and add a feature where users can look up Daily Planets/Signs Aspects, Degrees, Transits at any date/time/location. Then add an ability to cross reference profiles to a daily chart. No need for explanations yet like the “impacting me now” in this feature; The people who know will know and the others will learn. I’ve found resources online for this but the websites are old and covered in ads. Would be better on The Pattern. Also, I would like to listen to the audios while browsing the app, looking at charts for reference, etc.

    The intention to detail, quality, and impact of this app is phenomenal. I came from using another astrology app which felt repetitive, empty, and based on an algorithm, to this insightful masterpiece and I couldn’t be more impressed. I LOVE the woman’s voice on the audios, it’s so easy to listen to while driving, at the gym or making a morning coffee AND I’ve learned so much about myself (and others). I’ve even sat down with friends and we’ve gone through our patterns together and discussed. I really appreciate that they remind the audience that this isn’t about predictive astrology, but about identifying patterns. The references to human history and current affairs speaks to the quality of this app. The new personalised chat and custom AI behind it is also super impressive - 10 points for personality and tone. I knew when it threw an F bomb that we’d be friends :) there’s a lot more I could say, but I want to declare this my favourite app. I’ve never left a review on an app but here we go :) great work team, I’m your biggest advocate!

    Taking away shared experiences & comments was literally the most soulless decision I’ve ever seen a company make. Then the layout update is confusing and lackluster. And now they’ve added AI, an LLM with limited responses because they probably can’t afford the tokenization from the API they are using. Whoever bought this company from the original creators has completely destroyed the app. And then they have the nerve to only respond to positive comments in the reviews. Pathetic.
