    Horrible design. Nothing is intuitive and the rewards program associated with it rarely works. The newer stores are all cashless and kiosk based so you are literally forced into it. Very frustrating … so I am DONE with Dunkin.

    The first time an app said “loving the app?” And you click yes snd it simply says “thanks for the love understandable have a nice day” instead of dragging you to write a review or tell them how to improve. And that made me actually want to write a review.

    You never give normal things away all the free items are things I would never eat or drink. Maybe you should give away regular sandwiches or coffee

    I downloaded the app and ordered online through the app via a link for bonus points and it didn’t have me sign in until the end of the transaction and did not give me the points because of that.

    I just attempted to use the mobile app to place an online order. After several issues attempting to add a payment method, and additional issues app navigational bugs, I was unsuccessful in being able to place a mobile order via this app. As a result I placed my order to be picked up through door dash, and when I came through the drive through I was met with attitude by both the worker speaking through the mic, as well as the cashier in the window. I guess it’s etiquette that you pick your order up inside at the counter for door dash? The app offered the option to pick up the drive through, and I spent more money on door dash making my purchase, all in an effort to make the workers lives easier, and yet I was met with attitude when picking my order up. If you don’t want to develop a functioning app, please train your employees to provide at least base line customer service in between toasting premade baked goods and brewing coffee on easy mode. Thanks for nothing.

    I ordered some donuts using the app. When I arrived to pick them up they were sold out of all of them and the only employee there told me he wasn’t authorized to give refunds. I contacted customer service and they responded and asked for my order number and credit card info. They said it would take up to a couple weeks for the refund to process. Never got a refund. Contacted customer service again and they said someone from that specific store would contact me. I told them that wouldn’t be helpful since the shop I went to was 3000 miles away from me currently. Either way I was never contacted by anyone. I called the Dunkin phone number and the guy that answered put me on hold then came back and hung up on me as soon as I started talking. Worst customer service experience ever.

    i love dunkins & normally id rate the app at least a 4 but im thoroughly disappointed that theres nothing exciting or bonus deals on my birthday.
