Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.     I have been using this app for over two years and I absolutely love it. It has such a good variety of workouts, length of time for workouts, and a lot of different trainers. I love that I can pick an optional workout while keeping my workout program if I needed to switch something just for a day. It’s so nice that there are timed countdowns for some of the workouts and that it will tell you what things like weights, workout bands, or yoga blocks before you begin the workout that day.

    It’s a great app but when you substitute a workout they’ll just give you the same workout alternatives with a few other different options instead of just completely different options
