    Best app! I’ve had it for years. It’s very easy to manage and it is also so flexible to change up your schedule yet still be accountable for what you need to get done for the week. Also easy to follow along with the steps for all workouts.

    I’ve used Sweat for about six years now. It’s a great app with so many options (maybe too many?) and the format and style of workouts keeps me coming back. I have twice downloaded other apps based on recommendations, but Sweat is the one that really keeps my motivation (having the weekly tracker, seeing workouts in advance along with the progression of weeks). I do Fierce by Chontel and also really haven’t found an equivalent program anywhere else (not that I need to). For reference, I also have a Peloton subscription which I like for live classes for yoga and runs. Sweat’s format is more static, which I prefer for intense weight lifting and HIIT workouts because it lets me zone out to my own music and go at my own pace.

    I have really enjoyed using this app. I travel so my availability to different weights change and this app allows me to put in what equipment is available and designs my workouts taking a lot of the guess work out of it. I can also look at substituting different exercises if I don’t want to do something high impact or too difficult.

    You will sweat with the Sweat app! I have no complaints regarding the programs and exercises. The program is progressively more difficult, but the challenges are doable! You’ll notice yourself continue to get stronger. Minimal equipment needed for the PWR at home program. I only wish I was able to cast the app to my TV so that I could see it on the big screen. Also, I sometimes use the app on my iPad and at other times on my phone. I wish the two were able to synchronize. Overall the benefits of the app supersede the small what ifs. As a mom of two little ones, I’m really pleased to be able to effectively work out from home at my own time.

    This app has changed my life. I am so self conscious and have no interest going to a gym and working out in front of my whole town. This app is easy to follow. I’m sore every time I use it and I feel amazing. I switch things up and use different trainers when I get bored and really have no complaints. :)
