Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I love these at home workouts. I have been using it for a decade and have tried so many different programs that suit whatever season of life I in at the time. (Prenatal, postnatal, strength, cardio.) With limited time in my day these help me to get in a quick work out, stay healthy, and fit. I recommend it to everyone!

    I’ve used this app weekly, more often daily, for going on 4 years. I can’t imagine using another fitness app. I’m never bored! And if I want to change up my workouts, I just pick out a new one that matches my vibe and goals. Can’t recommend SWEAT enough. Life changing!

    I like this app a lot, I’ve been using it for years now. I do wish though it had more options for Pilates with a reform board. I also wish it was more educational…in the sense that it explained where you should feel the workout . I know it does have steps with each workout but I need to see and hear. Personally just what works for me. I do like all the programs they have and I know certain programs do have video workouts that you do along with the trainer… just some thoughts. It definitely is beginner friendly

    Absolutely love training with this app . So many great instructors. Programs are super fun to follow and get progressively more intense but in a gradual way so I can keep up. I love that most of the programs have a gym or at home options so on the days that I don’t have time to get to the gym I just do a workout at home. I love also that there are guided warm ups before the work out and stretching after. I never have a problem deciding what to do or feel lost at the gym. This program gave me a lot of confidence in the gym. It allows me to workout efficiently, overall feel stronger and more energetic. Absolutely recommend!!!

    I tried a lot of different apps, this is the best one. Been using it for almost 8 years. Way more convenient for busy moms with changing schedules who are not able to join a gym.
