Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.     I have done Kayla Istines workouts in the past but this app takes it to another level! It’s customizable to what you want to do in the workout and the schedule you want. There is even a food option for healthy eats! Way to go gals. This app is top notch!

    When I attempt to fill in my information on the “create my account” page I get an error message that says “Sorry something went wrong”. I can’t get past this page.

    I tried signing up with every option including Apple, Email and Facebook but it just kept giving me an error. I have no way to begin using the app. Bummer!

    I’m in love with this app. I have always struggled to stay consistent with my gym routines and not knowing what to do has always been a top excuse. The workout plans take all of that prep work out which makes it so easy to get up and go. I love the variety of plans available as well. Whether I want to focus on strength or mobility, at home or in the gym, there’s something for me. I’m also definitely pushed harder than when I plan solo and I am feeling the good burn! The badges, streaks, and challenges also keep me motivated to keep coming back!
