    PLEASE fix the app! For a month it crashes as soon as I open the app. Sometimes I can close it and open it again, but I have to keep trying until it doesn’t crash. And if it does load, it takes forever to load the app. It started the last app update (a month ago)

    I’m a mama of four littles and I am able to make time for the 28 mins in my day which is not as easy at it sounds!!!! Always see results and I’m thankful to usually be joined by one or two of my children. Love being able to show them how health is important!!!

    I love this app. I’ve found nothing comparable. I just wish it had a few more options of just lifting. I’m not a HIIT type of girl.

    This app has so many plans to choose from. There is something for everyone. Gym equipment, no equipment, yoga, Pilates, just dumbbells, etc. And each plan shows you exactly what to do. Literally so easy to follow. I also feel like the plans start at a reasonable effort and progressively get harder so truly anyone can do these plans whether you’re new to fitness or advanced. There is also a meal plan with great recipes for every meal every day! Only downside is the price. I wish it was a little cheaper, but I do think it’s worth it.

    I love the individualized programming and all the workouts. Best app purchase yet and I recommend it to everyone. It has amazing warm ups and cool down with stretches too. It’s a must buy if you go to a gym and are not sure what to do at the gym when you go.
