    I downloaded this app in need of a roommate. Payed for the subscription and I messaged over 15 people in needs of a roommate and I did not receive one response. Waste of money and no help, I’d be better off finding someone on the street without this app.

    Long story short they fraudulently charged my card twice $29.99 without my consent. Without me ever signing up for the 29.99 Without me having the app because I deleted my account a week after getting it. .(I ONCE purchased the one week one time pass. For $11.99) It seems like they decided to keep my card info and charge me as a please also I no longer had the app or even a membership, which is crazy Only to be told sorry they can only refund me $20 and that’s all they can do and basically too bad we don’t care. Very disappointing. ———— I contact them (via email because there is no customer service phone number ) and I don’t have access to the app since my account was deleted to chat with them . only to be refunded ($20!) from the two charges of $29.99, which is basically $60 THEY PROCESSED A $20 REFUND, And when I brought up the remaining amount which is $40 that they owe me.(again for services I did not agree to and HAD NO ACCESS TO AT ANY POINT ) They hit me with ….oh ….. sorry $20 is all we can do for you . Not to mention the last charge was $29.99 and I’m not even getting that. I’m just getting 20. “ We are sorry but we're only able to refund the last charge.That is all we can do. “ Efe Roomster” Never again

    Can’t even get into app because it needs location to work and it won’t let me input the location because their drop down selection feature doesn’t work. Fantastic.

    Someone needs to redesign this thing. Dark background with black text when communicating with potential tenants does not work and will not no matter how many times the on again off again support button is pressed.

    One of the worst app. They ask for paid subscription to see the chats, and after paying we cannot see the chats.

    this used to be a great app a couple years ago. I recently started using it and it’s flooded with scams and bots. this could be easily fixed with verification yet the app is not fixing it. $11.99 monthly for scams and bots is a gross.
