  • LOVE the app but I have a request

I’ve been using the app for maybe about two years or so at this point, and it’s very helpful to me as someone with PMDD to help keep track of mood fluctuations and other symptoms. One thing I would like to gently suggest is the option to add medication that’s taken on an “as needed” basis, like ibuprofen or something like Pamprin. I take an antihistamine to help with my anxiety and OCD flare-ups so it would be helpful if I could note that down.

Now it’s just okay, honestly no better than it’s competitors. I loved when flo was good for your period and understanding your body, but unless you’re willing to fork out money then you learn pretty much nothing🤷🏻‍♀️ basically, Flos just become another app that only plans to profit off women wanting to understand their body and keep track of themselves. Am I surprised? No. Just disappointed and dissatisfied
  • Stop with the whole go premium thing

Flo i used to like more then clue it has a very good idea and stuff but now everything is off limits like its all like “get flo we have doctors you can talk too!” Or “understand your period better at Flo!” How are you gonna say that and then have nothing be available for people who aren’t premium, you can really only log your period and get that stuff but you can’t do most of its features cause your not premium! Like what type of bologna is that!

I used this for my first pregnancy and I paid for it and it covered everything very well. But because the price is outrageous I stopped paying for it and it’s literally just a glorified calendar now I really want to switch apps but it has all my information about my current pregnancy and I have to transfer everything. Also it’s painfully obvious that you are selling all of this info so it’s down right sleazy that you are expecting women to pay you to mine and sell our data.
  • Terrible Customer Service

I tried contacting Flo Customer Service several times, because I had paid for the annual premium membership, and I could not get premium access on my account. To my disappointment, there was just an automated response (which I responded to with more information). There was no response from an actual person ever to follow-up my case on more than one instance. I feel like they just took my money and did not care whether or not a customer was having trouble after.

I used to use this app a few years ago, and it was great, so i recently re-downloaded. the app is literally unusable without paying for premium, within five minutes of opening the app i must’ve gotten the “go premium!” popup about 50 times (not even an exaggeration). the app will mislead me into thinking i can use a feature, i will be in a long conversation with a chat bot as well, before i get the premium pop-up once more. it’s playing with my emotions, telling me I have symptoms for serious issues, and then tell me i have to go premium to know. this app tells me i must pay them to know if my life is endangered. i know my health is fine, but the fact that the app is trying to fear monger me into paying money is rediculous. i just want to use the app freely, and i quite literally can’t. the app will force me into a situation i can’t skip and then tell me i need to pay to finish. what.

I got this app back in late 2017, I wasn’t very consistent with logging my menstrual cycle as I was rather young. But for the last 2 years I’ve been logging each month as it comes and let me just say, I love this app. It’s always pretty accurate to when I’m going to start my period. If I’m feeling moody or overly emotional during a certain point of the month, it’s like a habit to check my Flo app. With me being so consistent in logging over 2 years time, I feel like Flo knows me and I truly trust their predictions. So as long as you’re constant with your logging, you’ll have the most accurate predictions and can plan your life accordingly if you have diff limitations when it comes to your cycle.
  • Nope…

Once I found out this app was made by men I immediately knew why things were the way they were. This used to be my favorite app to use but now I see they honestly just want money. My period calculations are not accurate at all. They have constant pop-ups trying to make u subscribe to get more “features” but what I’ve seen from other users those “features” don’t work properly. I’d never pay for it because in my opinion this app is based on periods, ovulations ect that’s the base of this app so why should I pay to receive more insight into something you’re supposed to already be offering? If you want money so badly make the app cost money but they won’t becaue they know nobody will pay for such bull…
  • There are better apps

I think like most people here I’m a little fed up with how pushy and money hungry this app is. There are previous developer comments in the reviews in which they only ever say the same 2-3 things without ever really addressing or fixing the issues, which leads me to believe those messages are likely some sort of automated response. I have been using this app for a while now, and it is almost completely inaccessible. The pop ups begin the moment you launch, and almost 90-95% of the features are paywalled. The developers will SAY it’s because they need the money to grow the app, but what it is is just greed, plain and simple. The “basic” features they refer to keeping free is literally only being able to log your cycle, that’s all you get. That in itself isn’t an issue, but it’s ruined by the fact that they corner you and suffocate you with pop ups. Please do yourself a favor and look into other applications, this one clearly needs a reality check.
