The new app is definitely more user friendly than the old one. If you travel out of the US, you must have a VPN to use it.

The e-newspaper won’t load. Stories stay up for weeks at a time. It’s hard to find just what’s new.
  • Keep up the great work of information

Use this as my source for daily news. Great job. This Presidency Magazine is top notch. Info I never knew.
  • Horrible , go back to the old app!

Every few days I have to delete the app and reinstall it to even get the epaper to show up. When it does show up, it reacts so much more slowly than the old app. It is so frustrating. I like to read the Providence Journal, but I may just make due with the Boston Globe because this is getting so frustrating!

I enjoy the local coverage and national news along with the puzzles and crossword puzzles.
  • No more eNewspaper

Since you changed the platform, I cannot open the eNewspaper that I enjoyed every morning. I have been a digital subscriber for years but in the last few days I cannot open it and the Refresh Purchase doesn’t work. So now I am paying for something I can’t access or am I expected to pay more for what I was already receiving. Plus the new platform is scattered and hard to follow. The “paper” showed headlines and stories in logical and prioritized format, but now, without a front page, I don’t know the most important news of the day.

I’ve been reading the ProJo all of my adult life and enjoyed reading news covering local, national, and global, but this publication has consistently gone downhill. I honestly don’t need access to 200 publications! Really? I even have to thumb through the entire paper to find the obituaries. Why can’t they just list them in an index or table of contents! Please go back to the easy to read format that that most people enjoy!

The new format is awful! The same stories are repeated in multiple sections. Too many ads that look like stories. Difficult to find the current news articles. I will not read this format anymore. Why did you change it?
