  • Decent camera, horrible app

    Y’all do know that your app is garbage right? Constantly crashes, audio, always lags against the video, apparently no user testing has ever been done because one has to turn on the audio every single time with every camera. And it’s extremely easy when recording a video to lose the video because the app glitches and sends you to the home screen. No, I won’t contact your development team. 1. They don’t exist or quit. 2. You literally have a plethora of problems listed next to each review. Fix those. You don’t need an email specifically stating what you literally just read. Hire a middle schooler to better code your app

    These cameras are definetely not worth the money. I have nothing but trouble with them, the service is hit or miss, laggy, notifications r available on their terms. All they do is make it appear I have cameras

    The cameras work fine, but the app is complete garbage. It doesn't matter how many times they update it, the app never works properly.

    Their marketing department abuses push notifications. You will not only get alerts about your security system but you will also get notifications about their sales. No respect for their customers.

    Required firmware update on my cameras but it fails every time. I suspect that my cameras are bricks at this point. Nice job Zmodo…I’ll make sure never to buy any of your stuff again!

    This applies not working properly with the new iOS26, is just compatible with 18.7.1 I have 2 iPhones and with the old version works fine but with the new iOS 26 is not working at all. I need to be carrying the old phone to be able to watch my mother

    It’s super slow and delayed. Doesn’t pick up actual information that’s necessary. Avoid avoid at all costs. The subscription is also a waste. There are no updates and it’s too delayed

    App has been consistently crashing for a few months now with no update in sight. I have to force quit the app 2-3 times before I can open the camera. Please fix
