    When the app is actually working,it’s a pretty good tool. Most of the time it’s unable to connect or just super slow and frustrating.

  • Always asking for calendar in recent update

    In the most recent update, the app now ask for calendar permissions to add a delivery date reminder for those who wants it. However, I do not want to share calendar permissions. So I declined it. Now there is this persistent annoying dialog that keeps asking me to grant permission when I explicitly said no. This should be reported to Apple guidelines as it violates their privacy policy of constantly requesting permissions when told no.

  • Too much effort needed just to do one thing

    All I wanted to do was leave delivery instructions. Instead of being able to just hit one button one the mobile site that lets me add instructions directly, I’m diving through menus with a bunch of extra steps, having to download an app and all that just so that when I finally am able to update the instructions I’m warned it may take 24 hours to reflect, not to mention it doesn’t even correctly save what I just wrote.

    This app always was a great resource for managing and tracking FedEx shipments. Sadly the latest build is garbage. Package statuses are incorrect (details are correct however), the dashboard is wrong, details don’t match summary. Bugs that should have been caught in development. Not sure what went wrong but used to be five stars - now 3 stars seems generous. UPDATE: Another terrible feature/update … goes from bad to worse. Not only are there sometimes login issues where the token has clearly expired but the app does not refresh or renew (and just hangs) but now it keeps prompting for access to my calendar with no way to turn that useless feature off. FedEx should do themselves a favor and replace their development team.

    The app will not take no for an answer. Every time I try to get info on a package, I have to close popups asking for calendar access and to allow notifications. It should remember my answer and leave me alone so I can be productive. No respect for the customer.
