    I used to be able to pull up a map of where my package is, but that feature seems to be broken. Fix it!

    This app is worthless just like the company. App won't load so I have to use the website. Company constantly has packages sit for 4+ days and half of the time they don't scan which makes seeing updates on tracking impossible. UPS & USPS are better options and they cost less.

    EVERY time I look at a tracked package in this app it pops up a message asking me to grant permission to add events to my calendar. I do not want this, so PLEASE STOP ASKING ME.

    For an app that’s just used for tracking packages, it seems like it should work pretty universally on all devices…and it does, even on iOS 16 (my current OS) until you try using it the second time. After install, you sign in and everything is perfect. It loads my account and shows my packages. Then you open it again, and it tries to force you to update via a blocking popup….except the update requires the next iOS version. So now I can’t use what is clearly a working app because of a persistent popup blocking it from functioning.

  • Stop asking for calendar and notifications access

    If I say no to the app asking for more permissions over and over again, seems like that would be a simple fix on your end to take a single “no” the first time.

    I dread it when I see FedEx has my package. 100% knowledge that I am going to have to waste my day as they keep changing delivery times and I wait for packages.

    Absolutely horrible experience. I run a mobile detailing business, and FedEx completely dropped the ball. Packages delayed, tracking all over the place, and no one could tell me where my shipment actually was. This isn’t a personal Amazon order — this is business equipment that affects my income. FedEx cost me time, money, and customers. Customer service was useless and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. If you care about your business or deadlines, do not use FedEx.

    Current version of the app is unresponsive, displays incorrect data, and constantly asks for access to my calendar. Basically unusable. Total trash.

    Absolutely a joke of a world wide delivery company. App is terrible asking to connect to my calendar every time I track a package. Package shows out for delivery and will be 2-4 days later before it is delivered.
