    Very helpful information and tools to analyze your thoughts and emotions. Only took off one star because there are small glitches like a button not always working and things like that but not enough to make me not use the app because the content is very helpful

    Great app - there are options you can pay for but the basic still provides you with a good CBT framework that’s easy to pull up for therapy sessions such as thought tracker homework
